TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read through whole page before beginning the commission process
By purchasing a commission from me (Somewhatcold), you as the commissioner agree to these terms of service:
- Full, upfront payment is expected before any work is begun on your commission[s] (for invoices/security)- Specific payment plans (i.e 50% upfront payment) can be discussed but prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE.- You will not file a chargeback claim after the commission[s] have been completed for any reason (please see here for refund policy)- You must credit me appropriately when commissioned work is used or posted on other websites (ex. Twitter, Toyhou.se)- Payment is done through invoice and in USD only. (excluding Ko-fi transactions)- Please have the required monetary amount already in your account before you begin the commission process.- As this is a digital service, no physical delivery or shipping is required for this transaction. For security reasons, I will be keeping screenshots and sending a digital delivery of goods (email) in case of a dispute.- I, Somewhatcold, retain full copyright over commissioned work (the art), but I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned work.- Do not use my work for commercial purposes. I prohibit the use of any of my work for NFTs, minting, and other blockchain processes. My commissions are for personal use only.- Please let me know if you wish to keep the commission private. Otherwise, I retain the right to use the commissioned work for promotion with credit to the commissioner.
REFUND POLICY
- For all the commission styles, refunds will only be given BEFORE I start on the final lining phase.After I have finished the initial + refined sketch, no further refund will be given- If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue a full or partial refund depending on how far along the process I was before cancellation.- If a refund has been agreed upon, DO NOT FILE A CHARGEBACK. Instead, I will issue a refund through the invoice used.
